Appeal Your Parking Fine — We Check Every Loophole First.

Asking nicely is not a legal ground. When we find the council's own mistake — a deadline they missed, a sign that doesn't add up — we build your appeal around it.

Snap a photo of your ticket → AI hunts the legal loopholes → if one applies, we build your case around it → if we don't find one, we tell you so, and you decide whether to challenge. Free scan. £3/quarter. + small success fee if we win.

Loophole-first. Then appeal.

A sob story is not a legal ground. We check the legal grounds for dismissal first.

Scan your fine

Free

Snap a photo. We read every detail in seconds — reference, location, authority, the alleged offence.

2

We find every angle to beat it

Not just one trick. We check the loopholes, the council's own mistakes, and the history — what's actually won against this authority before.

3

No clear error? We tell you straight

If we don't find a clear legal flaw, we tell you so. If you still want to challenge, we put your own account into the appeal for you.

4

Sent the right way, and tracked

+ small success fee if we win

You check it and tap send: where we can send it (by email, or through the council's own website), we send it in your name; where we can't, we prepare it for you to send. Replies that reach us land in your dashboard.

Beat It

Find the loopholes and the council's own mistakes
2
Fight it — or help you dodge the next one
3
Small success fee only if we win

More than just fighting tickets.

Beat the next one before it happens

We flag the traps that catch drivers out — so you stop collecting tickets, not just fight them.

Already paid? You might still get it back

A wrongly-issued ticket doesn't stop being wrong because you paid — we fight to recover it.

Hire, lease or finance car?

The charge may not be yours to carry. We challenge who's actually liable and get it pointed the right way. (London bus-lane PCNs are the exception.)

Honest pricing.

Scanning is always free. You only pay if you decide to file.

General public

£3 every 3 months per vehicle

billed quarterly · + £3 win fee

£3/quarter, £3 win fee. For individuals and households who get the odd ticket.

Questions answered.

What is Beat It?▾

Beat It is a form-filling and sending service for parking tickets. We scan your ticket, check it for grounds to challenge, and prepare your appeal from what you tell us and the documents you give us. You check it and tap send: where we can send it (by email, or through the council's own website), we send it in your name, on your instruction; where we can't (for example, a council that only takes post), we prepare it for you to send.

How does the AI analyse my ticket?▾

Our AI uses OCR to read your ticket photo, then checks it against our database of appeal grounds for tickets issued in England and Wales. You see the specific legal arguments we can use and an honest word on where you stand — never an invented percentage.

What counts as a win?▾

A win means the council or operator fully cancels the charge. Partial reductions don't count — only a full cancellation triggers the success fee.

What if my appeal is refused?▾

If your appeal fails, no success fee is charged. Your £3/quarter subscription continues and you can submit more appeals. We'll show you the escalation routes — the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (London Tribunals in London) for council PCNs, and POPLA or IAS for private parking charges.

Does this work for private parking (NCP, ParkingEye)?▾

Yes. Private parking charges are governed by the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. We know how to challenge them — keeper liability errors, signage defects, and POFA compliance failures are all strong grounds.

Which countries do you support?▾

We currently take tickets issued in England and Wales only, and we charge in pounds (GBP). We do not currently take tickets from Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland or the United States.

Are you a law firm?▾

No. Beat It is a form-filling and sending service. We prepare the paperwork from what you tell us and the documents you give us. You check it and tap send. Where we can send it (by email, or through the council's own website), we send it in your name, on your instruction. Where we can't (for example a council that only takes post), we prepare it for you to send. We don't argue the case as your representative, and we don't give legal advice. At an independent tribunal you register and submit the appeal yourself; we prepare it.
